The 20 In. Sunstone Appliance Base Cabinet is uniquely designed to receive multiple Types of either Double Slide-In Side Burners or Bar Stations of many industry Brand Models right out of the box with easy installation. The cabinet comes standard with a Left-Swing Side Door Enclosure for a Trash Bin or Propane Tank Storage. There is a Bottom Utility Access Port as well, located behind the bottom a Slide out Tray. The cabinet comes Fully Assembled, only requiring to fasten on the four Peg-Legs (included), screw in place each 304 SS Rod Handles and mount the Front and Back Kick-Plates. This Cabinet makes use of a “TRIM-KIT” that is installed on the front face of cabinet, which adapts the cabinet to fit your preferred appliance, and is compatible with “CUT-OUT” Sizes between 9-3/4 In. to 14-1/2 In. Width by 8 In. to 10-1/4 In. Height with counter at 3/4 In. Height with Filler Rail installed or removed. Additional Height can be adjusted by Removing Bottom Filler Rail or by adding a Thicker Counter or Backer Board. Please Specify the Correct “TRIM-KIT” to be included with cabinet to fit your product, if your Side Burner or Bar Station is any of our Models we will automatically include the correct Trim-Kit. Please refer to the Cabinets Specification Sheet for more information, see the second page showing the various insert sleeve dimensions, this refers to your products “Cut-Out” Dimension – match this up to the correct “Trim-Kit” and specify this piece on your order.

I installed this door on my outdoor kitchen about a year ago and it still looks like new! No signs of rust. The construction and welds are very good. Also, I haven't got around to building the pergola above the grill yet so it got rained on all winter. Still no rust.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the door! We built an outdoor kitchen and applied a stucco finish to the outside. The doors were very easy to install and there was issue with them laying flat against the stucco finish.

Perfect. The quality of the door is excellent.I was just as surprised as another reviewer of the heaviness/solidness of the door.I installed this door myself. I built the bbq out of pressure treated lumber and skinned the frame in 1/2" hardiboard. The flange to install allows for a smooth transition for your face material tile, wood or stucco. My bbq will have uneven slate stacked faced stones that are not meant to run under the flange. I left the flange stick out past the hardiboard by 3/8". I installed the doors prior to stone install. So the stone would butt right up the flange. But if you are doing 3/8" tile or stucco, I would recommend making your opening running your face material up to the opening and finally putting the door in for a overlay transition.There are two magnets to catch the door and keep it closed. One magnet on top and one on the bottom of the handle. This makes for a firm smooth operation.Very happy with the price and quality.
