The Sunstone 3 In. end corner guard spacer panel for the front edge of all right sides of base cabinets, to conceal the rough stone or framing edge when placing any assortment of base cabinets into an existing or new outdoor kitchen island construction. Now you can insert any of our base cabinets into a single cut-out, just like placing an individual component Door or Drawer Unit, but this one stands fully upright on its own with a deep interior. The corner guard is measured at 3 In. Width by 34-1/2 In. Height x 1-1/2 In Depth. It is constructed with all 304 stainless steel with a #4 brushed finish matching with all other Sunstone cabinets and products. It is easily installed with simple pin-locks, simply align any two opposing cabinets next to one another and simply lift and drop the panel in between the two – pushing down to securely tight into position. The Panel comes standard with a removable Counter Rail, the same as all other cabinets allowing for the installation of full bull-nose counters to be placed.

I installed this door on my outdoor kitchen about a year ago and it still looks like new! No signs of rust. The construction and welds are very good. Also, I haven't got around to building the pergola above the grill yet so it got rained on all winter. Still no rust.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the door! We built an outdoor kitchen and applied a stucco finish to the outside. The doors were very easy to install and there was issue with them laying flat against the stucco finish.

Perfect. The quality of the door is excellent.I was just as surprised as another reviewer of the heaviness/solidness of the door.I installed this door myself. I built the bbq out of pressure treated lumber and skinned the frame in 1/2" hardiboard. The flange to install allows for a smooth transition for your face material tile, wood or stucco. My bbq will have uneven slate stacked faced stones that are not meant to run under the flange. I left the flange stick out past the hardiboard by 3/8". I installed the doors prior to stone install. So the stone would butt right up the flange. But if you are doing 3/8" tile or stucco, I would recommend making your opening running your face material up to the opening and finally putting the door in for a overlay transition.There are two magnets to catch the door and keep it closed. One magnet on top and one on the bottom of the handle. This makes for a firm smooth operation.Very happy with the price and quality.
