Description
The StarBBQ 24" Santa Maria Charcoal Grill Package (STARBBQ-24CHBS-SMR-RGR-EXG) from Sunstone Metal Products is a Santa Maria-style open-fire grill for charcoal or wood, sized for patios and outdoor kitchens. It handles searing, slow roasting and flat-top griddling over live coals.
A crank raises and lowers the rim for heat control. The diamond grid grate gives steaks and vegetables classic grill marks, and the elevated griddle insert handles breakfast, seafood and delicate foods. Built-in hooks hold sausages or ribs for smoky, indirect cooking.
The grill is 304 stainless steel and powder-coated steel, with a burn-tray base and an ash system that makes cleanup quick. It measures 30" W x 40" H, has a 24" grill diameter and weighs approx. 85 lbs.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Solid grill and the adjustable crank really helps with temperature control. The assembly instructions were vague in spots though, and some of the inserts don't fit as snug as I'd like. Cooks great, just expect to spend some time getting it right.
I'd wanted a Santa Maria style grill for ages and this one delivers. The adjustable crank makes it really easy to manage heat for different cuts. Built like a tank and everything we cook on it tastes better.
Everything I hoped for. With the different inserts I can grill, sear, and even smoke on it. Build quality is great and it's clearly made to last years of backyard cookouts.
Really impressive grill. The crank is smooth and precise so it's easy to manage the temp. We've cooked everything from tri-tip to vegetables and you can't beat the flavor from the open fire.
I'm a big BBQ guy and this grill is great. It's built tough and well designed, especially the crank. Really versatile for open fire cooking and my family loves what comes off it.
