Description
The Signature Series 12" x 12" Beveled Frame Right Swing Vented Door (BA-VSDR12) is a small utility door for an outdoor kitchen island. It gives quick access to valves and utility lines, and the vents let air move through the island.
It measures 12" W x 12" H x 3" D, fits a 10-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H cut-out and suits a typical 4" island frame. This is the right swing version; the left swing version is item BA-VSDL12. The door opens 120 degrees on built-in hinge pins, so no hinges show on the face. Depth from the face to the frame mounting hole is 1-3/4".
The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panel is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, with a No. 4 light brushed finish and the beveled frame that matches the rest of the Signature Series. It closes with a turn-latch, so there is no handle.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This 12x12 vented door was what I needed for my outdoor kitchen island. Right swing works for my layout and the venting keeps the gas line area cool. Easy install and the beveled style looks sharp.
I'm a contractor and have installed a lot of outdoor kitchen parts. This access door is solid, and the venting matters for safety and code when you've got gas and electrical behind it. Clients like the look.

The access door itself is fine; the 12x12 size is good and the ventilation works. However, for the price, I expected a slightly more robust feel to the latch mechanism. It does the job for my electrical access, but I've seen similar quality for less.
Really handy in my outdoor bar. I use it to get to the water lines. The right swing works with how my island is laid out and the beveled style looks classy. Very happy with it.
