Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

I was a little nervous about switching my Ruby from natural gas to propane, but this kit made it pretty easy. Clear instructions and all the parts were there and fit right. The grill is ready for our new patio and the flame is just as steady as before.
Worked like it said on my 42 inch Ruby, switched it from natural gas to propane. Took a little longer than I expected, mostly because of tight spaces, but doable with basic tools. Grill fires up great now, no performance issues.
Converted my grill to propane and it's working fine. The parts seem good quality. My only complaint is the price, felt a little steep for what's basically a set of orifices and a regulator.
Needed to convert my Ruby for a new outdoor kitchen layout and this kit did it. Pretty simple even though I'm not a pro. Running great on propane and I'm back to cooking for the family.
This kit was a lifesaver. We moved and I had to switch my 42 inch Ruby from natural gas to propane, and it was really easy. Everything fit and the grill runs like new on propane. Couldn't be happier.
