Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

We moved to a house that only had LP hookups and I was dreading buying a new grill. This kit for my 36" Ruby was a lifesaver. Install was easy and now the grill runs perfectly on propane. Glad Sunstone offers this.
This kit made switching my grill from natural gas to propane easy. Instructions were clear and all the parts were in the box. My Ruby fires up just as strong as before, no performance issues at all. Recommend it if you need to switch.
Works exactly like it says on my 36" Ruby. Got the job done and now I can run LP. Minor gripe is price, felt a bit steep for what's basically a set of nozzles and a regulator. It's a specialty part though, so I get it.
Couldn't be happier with this kit. I'm big into BBQ and having the option to switch fuel types is great. The parts are good quality, like I expect from Sunstone, and my grill is set up for LP now with no problems.
I'm pretty handy and put this on my 36" Ruby without hiring anyone. The steps made sense and the grill fired right up on LP afterward. Solid product, though a few more detailed diagrams in the instructions would've been nice.
