Star BBQ 24" Santa Maria Grill Rim with Crank and Sausage Hooks - STARBBQ-24SMGRIM

The Star BBQ 24" Santa Maria Grill Rim with Crank and Sausage Hooks (STARBBQ-24SMGRIM) turns a charcoal base, a fire pit or a DIY brick BBQ pit into a Santa Maria style grill. A crank raises and lowers the cooking surface over the fire, so you control the heat by height and keep your hands away from the flames.

The frame and lift are 304 stainless steel, and the rim's bottom frame is powder-coated cold-rolled steel. Built-in stainless steel sausage hooks let you hang sausages and other meats over the fire. The 24" cooking surface has room for large cuts, steaks and vegetables, and it runs on charcoal or wood.

Overall size is 33-3/4" W (with crank handle) x 17-1/8" D x 24-1/2" H and it weighs 15.6 lbs. It assembles quickly and stores compactly. It works with the STARBBQ-24CHBS Charcoal Base Cart Package and the STARBBQ-24FPBS Fire-Pit Base, or on its own in a custom brick pit.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.

IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.

Receiving Your Shipment

When the shipment arrives, please do the following:

• Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
• Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
• On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.

After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:

• A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
• A close-up photo of the actual damage
• A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage

These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.

We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.
