Description
The Sunstone Ruby Series 13" Companion Pro (Item No. SUN13CPRO) is an all-in-one outdoor cooker with dual infrared burners of up to 30,000 BTUs. On one unit you can grill, sear, griddle, charcoal smoke, deep fry and steam, from steaks to fried chicken.
It works with a solid steel griddle that heats evenly and cleans up easily, a charcoal burn tray for smoke flavor, a deep fryer with a commercial-size basket, and a Pro-Searing Grate that reaches up to 1200 degrees. The base burner includes a 304 stainless steel rod cooking grid and a Flavorizer warming rack.
Construction is 304 stainless steel for rust resistance. An LED accent control panel light makes the controls easy to see, and the removable cover makes cleaning simple. It runs on natural gas or propane and is 13" wide. The optional Companion Pro Hood turns it into a standalone grill and protects against wind and flare-ups, with an adjustable vent for steady heat and safety.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Pretty solid unit. Fits well in my outdoor kitchen and the 13" size is just right for what I wanted, an extra burner or a little prep area. Install was simple and it feels sturdy.
Does the job and adds some versatility to my grilling space. For the price though, I expected a few more features or a more premium feel on some of the parts. Works fine, just nothing special.
Really happy with this. Great for cooking sides or keeping sauces warm while the main grill is busy. Fits right in with my other Sunstone pieces and the build quality is what I've come to expect from them.
Love this Companion Pro. I can sear, simmer and even fry outside now. It's built like a tank and looks great, makes cooking in the backyard a lot more fun.
Decent and does what it's supposed to. I like the compact size, but the heat was a little uneven at times. Useful to have, but I wouldn't call it exceptional for what it costs.
