Description
The Ruby 5-Burner Pro-Sear Grill w/IR (RUBY5BIR) is a 42" built-in gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island, sized for large gatherings. It runs on natural gas or propane.
Five I-burners and an infrared rotisserie back burner give up to 120,000 BTU total. For Pro-Sear direct-flame searing, the fabricated I-burners and a sear grate insert reach up to 800°F on the cooking surface. The infrared back burner cooks roasts evenly on the rotisserie. A spill-away oil grid cuts down on flare-ups and smoke. You can add a heavy-duty griddle or a pizza stone insert.
The grill is 304 stainless steel, with heat-changing LED lighting on the control panel and halogen lights inside. Main cooking area is 770-1/4 sq. in., 987-1/2 sq. in. total. It measures 42" W x 27" D x 22" H and weighs 194 lbs. The cut-out is 39-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This Ruby 5 burner is a beast. The 304 stainless feels very durable and it heats up fast. Only gripe is the infrared burner can be finicky for more delicate searing, but for steaks it's amazing.
We upgraded to this Sunstone grill for our new outdoor kitchen, and it's been fantastic. Plenty of space for all our food, and the even heat distribution makes cooking for a crowd so much easier. Installation was pretty straightforward for our contractor.
Best grill I've ever owned. The infrared sear burner puts a great crust on everything and the 304 stainless build is really solid. Worth every penny if you're serious about BBQ.
I used to be a chef so I know good equipment, and this grill is good. Five burners give me precise control and it gets hot enough for a proper sear. Feels like a pro cooking station at home.
The power on this grill is no joke, it gets really hot, great for quick cooks. The stainless looks great in our outdoor setup. I just wish the grates were easier to clean after a big cookout, but very happy overall.
