Description
The Sunstone Magnolia ADA-Compliant Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPMAGNOLIA10) is a 116" island configured for ADA compliance, with reachable heights, reduced height modules, open-access cabinetry and a flexible layout so guests and cooks with limited mobility can use it.
It includes a Ruby 30" Pro-Sear 3-burner grill and a 13" Versa double burner with dual brass burners, 60,000 BTU total. An ADA-compliant drop-in sink (ADASK20) handles prep, and a 14" x 12" insulated wall ice chest keeps drinks cold within the island.
The framework is 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 brushed finish. Modules snap together on leveling legs with clip-on panels, and they can be reconfigured or expanded later.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

I have accessibility needs and finding an outdoor kitchen that actually works for me has been a struggle. This ADA package changed that. Counter heights are right and everything is in reach, so grilling and having people over is fun again. Sunstone nailed the design.
The Magnolia island is solid and looks great in our backyard. ADA compliance is a big plus for our family. Install took longer than expected though, and some of the cabinet doors felt less sturdy than I'd hoped for the price. Still works well and looks good.
This 10 ft island is great. The stainless is excellent and the layout is really well thought out. I've been cooking nonstop since it went in and everything comes out great. It's the centerpiece of our backyard now.
We got the Magnolia for our new patio and it's been a hit. Size is perfect for hosting and it feels very durable. Only gripe is the setup instructions could have been clearer, but once it was together it's been great for all our BBQs.
I'm a contractor and always looking for quality, and this island delivered. My client wanted an ADA compliant design and this package fit the bill. Install was straightforward for something this size and the finished look is really impressive. They love their new outdoor kitchen.
