Description
The Sunstone Gas Grill Propane Kit (item LP- Kit) converts an outdoor kitchen grill to run on propane. It includes all the fittings and hoses you need and fits most Sunstone outdoor kitchen grills.
The kit uses 304-grade stainless steel components with durable fittings, works with Sunstone 304 stainless steel burners and supports up to 40,000 BTUs. See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Finally got around to converting my Sunstone grill to propane with this kit and it was easy. Everything I needed was in the box and the instructions were clear. Grill fires right up and the flame is steady.
Got the job done on my grill and seems well made. Install was easy enough if you're handy. But the price felt a little steep for basically a conversion kit with some hoses and fittings.
This propane kit was a good addition. The parts feel very durable, what I expect from Sunstone. Fit my grill perfectly and I've had no gas flow problems or leaks.
I like good equipment and this kit didn't disappoint. Conversion went smoothly and now I can switch between natural gas and propane if I ever need to. Well designed.
