Description
The Sunstone Stainless Steel Grill Cart (Cart4B) from Sunstone Metal Products turns a Sunstone 4 burner built-in gas grill into a mobile grill. With the hood closed it measures 34" W x 24-3/8" D x 37-3/8" H, and it weighs 121 lbs.
The cart is 304 stainless steel, which resists rust. Heavy-duty lockable casters roll it across patios and decks, and integrated tip-over stability keeps it steady while you cook or move it. Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This cart is a beast. The stainless is excellent and it feels really sturdy. My backyard grilling setup is a lot more organized now and I can wheel it wherever the party is.
Overall, I'm really happy with this grill cart. The quality of the stainless steel is excellent, and it provides a fantastic workspace. Assembly was a bit more involved than I expected, and some of the instructions could have been clearer, but once it was together, it's solid.
This cart is everything I hoped for. Plenty of prep space and having all my tools and accessories right there makes grilling a lot more fun. Great for entertaining.
The cart is well-built with good stainless steel, no doubt about that. It's functional and helps keep things tidy. However, for the price, I was expecting a little more in terms of unique features or perhaps a quicker assembly process. It's good, but I'm not sure it fully justifies the cost.
I'm a contractor and I appreciate quality, and this cart was better than I expected. Clean welds, heavy duty casters, and it feels really durable. Perfect rolling workstation for my high end grill.
