Description
The Classic Series 30" Vented Double Door Flush Mount (C-DD30) opens wide for the storage space under a grill or counter, with vents to let air through.
It measures 30" W x 21-1/8" H x 1-5/8" D and fits a 27-1/2" W x 18-1/2" H cut-out. The depth from the face to the frame mounting hole is 1", which fits a typical 4" island frame depth.
The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panels are 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, finished in No. 4 light brushed with the Classic Series flush style. The double doors hang on exposed hinges and come with the Polished Chrome Handle (zinc alloy, chrome plated). See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Looks pretty good once it's in, and the brushed finish matches my other Sunstone pieces. The venting isn't as strong as I'd hoped for my propane setup though, I still get some heat build-up. Install was straightforward enough but the frame felt a little less rigid than I expected for the price.
Really happy with this door. Flush mount gives the island a clean built-in look and the #4 brushed finish matches my grill. Feels sturdy, opens smoothly, and makes it easy to get to the gas lines and storage under the counter.
Exactly what my outdoor kitchen needed. Having both doors open makes it easy to get to everything, and I like that it's vented since my propane tank is in there. The stainless and the finish are really nice quality and it makes the whole setup look better.
I'm a contractor and I've put in a lot of outdoor kitchen parts. This door is a solid choice. Flush mount makes for a clean install and the brushed finish is consistent. Good balance of quality and price. I'd still check your rough opening carefully before you order.
Really impressed with the quality on this door. The #4 brushed finish makes the outdoor kitchen look professional. Easy to get into and keeps everything tucked away. Sunstone did a good job with the Classic Series.
