Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the pork chops in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chops. Seal the bag and toss to coat the chops evenly.
  3. Marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  6. Season the pork chops with a little extra salt and pepper, if desired.
  7. Grill the pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  8. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
