Once it cools, use a grill brush to get the stuck-on bits off. For a deeper clean, hand wash it with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, then rinse and dry. We don't recommend the dishwasher, since harsh detergent and high heat can affect the finish over time.

**Q: What's this rack made of? I don't want it rusting out after a season or two.**

It's stainless steel, which is great outdoors. It resists corrosion and holds up to the weather and high grilling heat without rusting or breaking down quickly. With proper care, it'll last a long time.
