**Q: What's the warranty, and what if I have problems after a year or two?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page, and the owner's manual has more. Even later on, contact us with your order number and we can help troubleshoot and find replacement parts.

**Q: How do I clean the grill and the island to keep it looking new?**

Wipe the stainless grill and components with a stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth after each use so grease doesn't build up. For the outside of the island, mild soap and water with a soft brush or sponge is usually enough. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and use a cover when you're not using it to keep dust and debris off.

**Q: What's this island made of, and how does it hold up to Arizona weather?**

The grill and components are stainless steel, and the base has a stucco or stone finish. These hold up to intense sun and heat like you get in Arizona, with very little fading. Regular cleaning keeps it looking good.

**Q: Can I take out the included grill and use my own?**

The grill is built into the island. It can technically be removed, but swapping in a different brand could take major modifications and could void certain warranties, so we generally don't recommend it.

**Q: How hard is this island to install if I'm not a contractor?**

It's designed for DIY assembly, but it's a big unit. Have at least two people, especially for lifting heavy pieces like the grill head. Detailed instructions and diagrams walk you through each step, and it usually takes a weekend.
