## Description

The Houston Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPHOUSTON9.8) is a 116" all 304 stainless steel island built around a Ruby Series 4-burner Pro-Sear grill, with a side burner, outdoor refrigerator and sink station in the same run. The countertop is not included.

The grill (RUBY4B) puts out up to 80,000 BTUs across all-stainless steel I-Burners and runs on natural gas or propane. Next to it sits the Ruby Series 13" double slide-in burner (SUN13VDB), with two up to 15,000 BTU brass burners (up to 30,000 BTU combined) for high-heat searing and wok cooking.

The 21" outdoor refrigerator (SAPFR21PRO) holds 4.1 cu. ft. and has adjustable shelves and a weather-resistant build. The 21" x 21" zero-radius drop-in sink (B-PS21) comes with a faucet, dispenser, grid and cutting board. The modular cabinets snap together, so the layout can be configured different ways, and they leave plenty of storage under the counter.

**Q: What's the best way to keep this island looking new?**

On the stainless surfaces, use mild soap and water with a soft cloth, then dry it so it doesn't spot. For tougher stains or to bring the shine back, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish. Clean the grill parts and empty the drip trays regularly so grease doesn't build up, which also helps the appliances last.

**Q: What's this island made of, and how does it handle extreme weather?**

It uses outdoor-rated materials, typically 304 grade stainless steel on the exposed surfaces and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or marine-grade plywood for the cabinet frames. They resist rust, corrosion and UV damage and hold up from hot summers to freezing winters. We still recommend a cover when you won't use it for a while.

**Q: Can I swap the included grill for one I already own?**

The island is built as one system, and the included grill is sized and plumbed to fit its cutouts. You could technically modify the opening for a different grill, but it could void certain warranties and would take a lot of custom fabrication, so we don't recommend it.

**Q: How hard is this island to install? Do I need a pro?**

A DIYer with some experience can handle most of it. It comes with detailed instructions and modular parts. Because it's large and the included appliances need gas and electrical connections, we highly recommend a licensed professional for those hookups so they're safe and up to code.
