## Description

The Sunstone Dallas Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPDALLAS14) is a 164" stainless steel island built around a hybrid grill that cooks with gas, charcoal or wood. You can sear a steak over wood, smoke ribs low and slow, or cook seafood fast on gas.

The 42" dual zone charcoal grill has an up to 35,000 BTU gas ignition system for temperature control. A Ruby Series Companion Pro Griller adds up to 30,000 BTU for quick searing. A 21" outdoor refrigerator holds 4.1 cu ft, and the sink measures 21" x 21".

The cabinets are 304 stainless steel and snap together. Adjustable legs and clip-on kick plates finish the base, and the layout can be arranged to fit your space. The countertop is not included.

**Q: How do I keep a setup this big clean, especially the grill and cabinets?**

It's pretty simple. For the stainless cabinets, wash with mild soap and water, then use a stainless steel cleaner and polish. Brush the grates after every use, and deep clean the burners and charcoal tray every so often so the grill keeps working well. Make sure the grill is cool before you clean it.

**Q: Can I switch between gas and charcoal easily on this grill? What tanks and charcoal does it take?**

Yes, it's made to switch easily between gas and charcoal. On gas, it works with a standard 20 lb propane tank (not included), or a certified professional can convert it to natural gas. On charcoal, you can use lump charcoal or briquettes.

**Q: We get a lot of salt air here. Will this hold up against corrosion?**

It's built with high-grade materials meant for outdoor use, including stainless steel parts that resist rust and corrosion even near the coast. We'd still clean it regularly and keep a cover on it when you're not using it so it lasts longer and stays looking good.

**Q: Can I install this myself, or should I hire a professional?**

It arrives mostly pre-assembled, but because of the size and the gas and electrical hookups for the hybrid grill, we highly recommend professional installation. A pro will level it, connect everything safely and make sure it meets local building codes, especially for the gas lines.
