## Description

The Sunstone Caprice Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPCAPRICE6.4) is a 76" island with a grill, side burner and bar sink, sized for grilling, mixing drinks and prep without taking up a large patio.

The Ruby 3 Burner Pro-Searing Grill delivers up to 60,000 BTU, and its I-Burners spread heat evenly across the cooking surface. The Ruby Series double slide-in burner adds up to 30,000 BTU from two solid brass burners. The Ruby Series 14" Bar Sink & Cocktail Station works as an insulated sink and ice chest, with a hot and cold faucet, and it is draft tower ready.

The cabinets are 304 stainless steel, weather and rust resistant, and they snap together for quick installation with flexible storage. Appliances run on natural gas or propane. The countertop is not included.

**Q: How do I clean the bar sink and grill so they keep looking and working like new?**

For the stainless sink and grill parts, mild soap and water and then drying is usually all you need. For tougher stuff on the grates, use a grill brush and grill cleaner after each use. Don't use abrasive cleaners on any surface or you'll scratch it, and a stainless steel polish now and then keeps the shine.

**Q: What's this island made of, and how does it handle hard winters and strong sun?**

It typically has a weather-resistant frame, often stainless steel or a marine-grade polymer, with a granite or porcelain countertop. Those materials hold up well to UV, moisture and temperature swings, so it's good for year-round use outside. Cleaning it regularly and using a cover will help it last longer.

**Q: I already have a nice gas grill. Will it fit in this island?**

The island has a standard cutout for a 32 inch insert grill, which is a common size for a lot of brands. You're not tied to one brand, but measure your grill's cutout dimensions first. If it's a different size, you may need to modify the counter opening a bit or look at a different island package.

**Q: Can I install this myself or should I hire a pro?**

Assembly is fairly simple, but we usually recommend professional installation because of the size and the gas and plumbing hookups for the grill and bar sink. If you're an experienced DIYer and comfortable with those connections, detailed instructions are included. Otherwise a licensed contractor will make sure it's done safely and correctly.
