## Description

The Sunstone Brazos Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPBRAZOS9) is a 108" island with a grill, side burner, sink and refrigerator, for grilling, prep and entertaining in one spot.

The Ruby Series 3-burner Pro-Searing grill puts out up to 60,000 BTU through 304 stainless steel I-Burners. The side burner is solid brass and rated at up to 15,000 BTU. The 17" drop-in sink has a hot and cold faucet and a soap dispenser and works with a garbage disposal. The 21" outdoor refrigerator holds 4.1 cu ft, with adjustable shelves and a weather-resistant build.

The cabinets are 304 stainless steel and snap together, so you can configure the storage to fit your space. The appliances install drop-in. The countertop is not included. See our warranty page for coverage.

**Q: Is there a warranty on this, and what support do I get if something goes wrong?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If something comes up, contact us with your order number. We can help troubleshoot, replace parts or connect you with an authorized service technician.

**Q: How do I keep this island clean, especially after a big cookout?**

Wipe the cabinets with mild soap and water and a soft cloth, and skip abrasive cleaners. On the countertop, use a pH-neutral cleaner or a stone or concrete cleaner, and wipe up spills quickly so they don't stain. Cleaning inside the cabinets now and then and keeping them ventilated helps prevent mold and mildew.

**Q: What are the cabinets and countertop made of? We get some extreme weather.**

The cabinets are high-grade, weather-resistant materials, typically stainless steel or a marine-grade polymer. The countertop is a non-porous material like granite or high-performance concrete that handles UV, rain and temperature swings without fading, cracking or warping. Take care of it and it'll hold up outdoors.

**Q: Can I put any brand of grill or side burner in this island?**

It has standard cutouts that fit most popular 30 to 36 inch built-in grills and a lot of standard side burners. Check your grill and side burner dimensions against the cutout specs in the manual. If you have a specific model in mind, contact us and we'll check it for you.

**Q: Can a DIYer install this, or should I hire a pro?**

Assembly is straightforward, but the size and weight mean we usually recommend a pro. It comes with detailed instructions. A professional will get everything aligned, level and secured, including the countertop. If you're an experienced DIYer with a helper, you can do it, just plan on it taking a full day.
