THE BIG-TEXAN 252" Outdoor Kitchen Island Base Cabinet Package (SBPBIGTEX/BASE) is a large modular base cabinet system for an island built around entertaining. It is cabinets only, so you choose your own grill, refrigerator, sink and cooktop.

The package has seven modular base cabinets, including a charcoal grill base, an appliance cabinet and a fridge bay, across 252" overall. They fit most major outdoor appliance brands.

**Q: How much work is it to keep this clean outside? Do I need special cleaners?**

Not much. Mild soap and water with a soft cloth or sponge handles most of it. On the stainless parts, a stainless steel cleaner helps prevent streaks and brings back the shine. Wiping it down after use and covering it when you won't use it for a while cuts down cleaning a lot.

**Q: Can I put my existing 30 inch grill or other appliances in this, or does it only fit certain brands?**

It's designed with standard appliance cutouts and flexible layouts, so most standard 30 inch grills, side burners, fridges and sinks from different brands will fit. Check your appliance dimensions against the cabinet specs, or talk to our design team about placement, before you order.

**Q: We get rough winters. For this price, will it hold up? What's it made of?**

It's built from weather-resistant materials meant for outdoor use. Typically that means stainless steel or HDPE (high-density polyethylene) frames, often with reinforced concrete board or similar cladding. These resist rust, UV damage and temperature swings, so it's made to handle extreme weather.
