## Description

The Sunstone Big-Texan Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPBIGTEX21) is a 252" run of 304 stainless steel modular cabinets with room to smoke, sear, grill and serve, and space left for prep and storage.

The main grill is a 42" dual zone charcoal/gas hybrid, so you get gas convenience with charcoal or wood flavor. A Companion Pro infrared burner unit handles high-heat searing on the side. A 21" outdoor rated refrigerator holds 4.1 cu ft, and the drop-in sink (B-PS21) comes with a faucet and cutting board. Other cabinet modules fill out the island.

The layout can be set up as a U shape, an L shape or a straight run, and you can rearrange or add to it later. Modules snap together on leveling legs, with clip-on panels and kick plates in a No. 4 brushed finish.

**Q: It's a big kitchen. How do I keep it clean and looking new?**

It's simple. Mild soap and water with a soft cloth works on all the surfaces day to day. On the stainless parts, use a stainless steel cleaner regularly to prevent streaks and water spots, especially after rain. Wipe things down after you cook, because grease is a lot harder to get off once it dries.

**Q: At this price I want it to last. What's it made of, and how does it handle Texas sun and freezes?**

It's made from weather-resistant materials meant for all kinds of climates, including Texas extremes. Typically that means stainless steel or powder-coated aluminum frames, with UV-resistant finishes on the doors and countertops. These resist rust, fading and cracking.

**Q: I already have a built-in grill and side burner from another brand. Will they fit, or do I have to use certain sizes?**

You aren't tied to a specific brand. The island has standard cutouts that fit most built-in appliances. Compare your grill and side burner dimensions to the detailed specs before you order. Custom cuts can sometimes be arranged, but it's best to confirm fit first.
