## Description

The Texas Tango Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPTXTANGO19) is a 228" run of modular 304 stainless steel cabinetry for large gatherings, with two 30" grills, an auxiliary burner, refrigeration, a sink and a lot of storage.

One grill is a 30" Sunstone Hybrid that burns gas or charcoal. The other is a 30" Ruby 3-burner rated at up to 60,000 BTU. An up to 15,000 BTU single Versa drop-in burner handles searing, stir-frying and sautéing.

A 21" outdoor-rated refrigerator (4.1 cu. ft.) and a 21" drop-in sink (B-PS21) round out the island. The cabinets snap together, sit on leveling legs and take clip-on trim and panels, and the whole run has a No. 4 brushed finish. You can reconfigure the layout or expand it later.

**Q: How do I clean this after a big cookout?**

On the stainless parts, wash with mild soap and water, then use a stainless steel cleaner and polish to take off grease and fingerprints. Use a non-abrasive cleaner made for your countertop, like granite cleaner, and wipe up spills right away so they don't stain. Clean the grill grates and inside of the grill regularly too.

**Q: Can I use the propane grill I already have, or do I need a new one for this island?**

It depends on the grill's size and fuel type. The island typically has a cutout for a built-in grill. If yours is a built-in that fits that cutout, you may be able to use it. If it's a freestanding cart grill, you'll probably need a built-in grill that matches the island's specs.

**Q: We have harsh winters and hot, humid summers. What's this made of?**

The cabinets typically use stainless steel or a marine-grade polymer, which resist rust, corrosion and UV fading. The countertops are usually granite or quartz, which handle temperature swings without cracking or staining. It's built for extreme conditions.
