## Description

The Sunstone 34" 4-Burner Built-In Gas Grill w/IR (SUN4BIR) is a grill for an outdoor kitchen island, with an infrared rotisserie burner for roasting. It comes in natural gas or liquid propane.

Four burners give up to 80,000 BTU for zone cooking and searing, and the infrared rotisserie burner adds up to 15,000 BTU for even roasting. The grilling area is 768 sq. in. on heavy-duty 3/8" 304 stainless steel rod grids. A built-in smoker box adds wood smoke flavor.

The grill is 304 stainless steel. Electronic ignition, interior lights for evening cooking and a roll-along drip tray for cleanup are standard. It hangs free in the island cut-out for airflow without enclosing the base, so the island needs proper ventilation. It is 34" wide.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What's the warranty on this grill? What if the burners or ignition go out?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If something goes wrong with the burners or ignition, contact us with your order number and we'll help.

**Q: How do I keep the grates and the infrared burner clean after greasy burgers or steaks?**

Keeping the infrared burner clean matters for how it cooks. For the grates, burn off residue on high for 10 to 15 minutes, then brush them with a stiff brass brush. For the infrared burner, let it cool and gently brush off any food bits. Don't use harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes on the ceramic element, so it doesn't get damaged and keeps searing well.

**Q: At this price I want it to last. What's it made of and how does it handle the weather?**

Good thing to ask. It's commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion really well and lasts. It's made to handle rain, humidity and strong sun, so with some care it'll serve your outdoor kitchen for many years.

**Q: My new outdoor kitchen is plumbed for natural gas. Does this grill work with natural gas or do I need a conversion kit?**

Good news, the model you're looking at is the natural gas version. It connects right to your natural gas line with no conversion kit. Just have a qualified pro make the gas connection.

**Q: I'm building a new outdoor kitchen. How hard is this grill to install, and what clearances do I need?**

It's a built-in grill, and someone with basic DIY skills or a contractor can usually install it without trouble. Your island cutout needs to match the grill's dimensions exactly, and you have to keep the clearances from combustible materials that the manual lists so there's no fire hazard. Check the installation guide for the exact specs.
