## Description

The Sunstone 42 Inch Rotisserie Rod (Item No. P-SUN5B-Rod) is a 42" rotisserie spit for Sunstone gas hybrid grills, long enough for large cuts of meat that cook evenly as they turn.

It is 304 stainless steel for rust resistance and is built to carry heavy loads without bending or warping. The rod weighs about 2-1/2 lbs and installs quickly.

**Q: Is there a warranty on the rod? What if it bends or breaks early?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we'll take care of it.

**Q: How do I clean the rod after a greasy chicken without damaging it?**

Once it cools, wash it in warm soapy water with a non abrasive scrubber. For baked on bits, use a stainless steel cleaner, or a grill brush while the rod is warm but not hot. Dry it completely before you store it.

**Q: What's the rotisserie rod made of? It'll be outside all the time.**

It's heavy duty stainless steel, which resists rust, corrosion and grilling heat. With proper care it'll last many years, even outdoors.

**Q: Will this rod fit my 5 or 6 year old Sunstone grill?**

It's made for Sunstone's True-Hybrid grills. A lot of our accessories work on older models too, but measure the inside width of your firebox to make sure it can take a 42 inch rod. You can also measure your current rod or contact us and we'll help confirm the fit.

**Q: I want to add a rotisserie to my new Sunstone grill. Can I install this rod myself?**

Yes, it's an easy DIY job. It usually slides into the existing rotisserie mounts on compatible Sunstone True-Hybrid grills. Just make sure your grill has the holes for the rod and that your motor (sold separately) works with this length.
