## Questions & answers

**Q: What if I have a problem with these grates a few months in?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. Keep your order number handy and contact us if anything comes up.

**Q: How do I clean these grates? Do I need special cleaners?**

Scrape them with a grill brush while they're still warm after cooking. For a deeper clean, use mild dish soap and warm water or a stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals that could scratch them, and dry them well so you don't get water spots.

**Q: How durable are these grates for the price? Will they rust?**

They're 3/8" 304 stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion even in tough outdoor conditions. With proper care they'll last many years, and they hold heat better than cheaper materials.

**Q: Will these fit my 42 inch grill from another brand?**

They're made for Sunstone's 42 inch 5 burner grills. Some dimensions may be close on other brands, but we can't guarantee a good fit or performance. For the best results and safety, stick with parts made for your grill.

**Q: Are these grates hard to install? Any tools needed?**

Very easy. Take out the old grates and set these 3/8" 304 stainless grates into your 42" 5 burner Sunstone grill. You usually don't need any tools.
