## Description

The Sunstone 24" Power Cirque Solid Steel Griddle Package (SUN24PCB-GD) is a 24" griddle module for an outdoor kitchen. The 19" diameter solid steel cooking surface has an integrated oil pan and room for several things at once, from burgers and breakfast to stir-fry and steaks.

Three cast-iron Cirque burners deliver up to 65,000 BTU on natural gas or propane, with piezo ignition and valve safety shut-off. The module is 304 stainless steel and measures 24" W x 26-1/2" D x 18-1/2" H. The cut-out is 22-3/4" W x 22-1/2" D x 10" H.

Available add-ons are a 20" 3-in-1 cooking grate, a 15" pizza stone, a vented hood with temperature gauge and a cold-water pot filler.

**Q: How do I clean the griddle after a greasy cookout, and how often?**

Scrape off the extra food while it's still warm, then use a griddle cleaner with a griddle brick or pad. For the stainless outside, use mild soap and water followed by a stainless steel cleaner. Clean it after every use so buildup doesn't form.

**Q: The name says solid steel. How durable is this griddle?**

Solid steel refers to how it's built, mainly from high grade 304 stainless steel. That resists corrosion and handles tough outdoor conditions well. With proper care it should last for many years.

**Q: Will this griddle match my Sunstone side burner?**

Yes. It's a Sunstone piece, so it's made to go with our other components, side burners included. It's the same 304 stainless construction with a matching look, so your outdoor kitchen will look and work like one set.

**Q: I'm handy but not a pro. Can I install this griddle?**

Generally, yes. It drops into a 24 inch cutout in your island. It does need to be hooked up to your natural gas or propane line, and we always recommend having a qualified gas tech make that final connection for safety and code compliance.
