## Questions & answers

**Q: What warranty or support do I get with this island?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If you have questions, need troubleshooting or need replacement parts after you buy, contact us and we'll help.

**Q: Can I put any brand of appliances in this island?**

It uses standard cutout sizes, so it fits a wide range of grill heads, fridges and side burners from different brands. Some models may be recommended for the best fit, but you have a lot of flexibility. Check the cutout dimensions against your appliance specs before you buy.

**Q: How do I keep a kitchen this big clean?**

It's easier than it sounds. On the stainless, use mild soap and water, then a stainless steel cleaner and polish to prevent streaks and rust spots. For the countertop and cabinet exteriors, a gentle scrub with a non abrasive cleaner and a rinse keeps them looking new. Wipe up spills right away so they don't stain.

**Q: What's this island made of, and how does it do in different climates?**

It uses weather resistant materials made for outdoor use, typically stainless steel for the appliances and cabinet frames, and UV stabilized composite or stone finishes for the countertops and cabinet exteriors. It's built to handle strong sun and freezing temperatures without much wear, though you should still clean it regularly.

**Q: How hard is this island to install? Do I need a pro?**

It's designed to go together fairly easily, but it's a big 10 foot unit. We usually recommend professional installation because of the size and weight of the parts, and because it has to be leveled and secured properly to stay ADA compliant and stable. A handy DIYer with outdoor construction experience might manage it, but it's a job for more than one person.
