Let it cool a bit, then scrape off the big stuff with a grill brush or spatula. On the griddle, a little hot water and a flat scraper work great. **Q: How tough is the steel on this? Will it rust if I leave it outside?**

It's heavy duty steel, picked because it's durable and handles high heat. Like any steel, though, it can get surface rust if it stays wet without care. Clean and dry it well after each use and store it somewhere dry.

**Q: Can I use this with a small propane tank, or is it just for wood and charcoal?**
