## Description

The StarBBQ 24" Portable Charcoal Grill Smoker Cart (STARBBQ-24CHBS-HDR-EXG-CRT) from Sunstone Metal Products is a charcoal and wood cooker that grills and smokes, mounted on a rolling cart for the backyard, tailgates and camping trips.

The burn trays and racks are 304 stainless steel and the frame is powder-coated steel. A diamond-pattern grate spreads heat evenly across the 24" grill.

The cart puts the grill at a comfortable cooking height, and its side wings give you prep space and storage. Overall size is 52-1/2" W (with wings) x 17" D x 35-3/4" H, or 40-1/2" H with the chimney. It weighs approx. 120 lbs and stands freestanding on its wheels.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What's the warranty on this cart, and what do I do if a part has a problem?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If a part gives you trouble, contact us with your order details and we'll walk you through troubleshooting or a replacement.

**Q: How do I keep this cart in good shape and stop rust?**

Empty the ash pan after each use and brush the grates with a wire brush while they're still warm. Wipe the stainless outside with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry it well. A stainless steel polish now and then helps protect it from the weather.

**Q: For the price, what's this cart made of? Will it hold up outside?**

It's heavy-gauge stainless steel that resists corrosion and handles high heat. Key parts like the cooking grates are often cast iron or thick stainless steel. It's made to take years of outdoor use and hard grilling.

**Q: I have a propane grill already. Can this charcoal cart sit next to it, or does it take up a lot of room?**

Sure. It's a 24-inch cart, so it won't hog your patio. You can set it right next to your propane grill and have both charcoal and gas going.

**Q: How hard is this cart to put together with all the heavy-duty parts?**

It's straightforward. It usually takes 1 to 2 hours with two people. All the tools and clear step-by-step instructions are included. The parts are heavy-duty, but they go together in a logical order.
