## Description

The Signature Series 12" x 12" Beveled Frame Single Access Door (BA-SD12) is a small utility door for an outdoor kitchen island, for quick access to valves, shut-offs and utility lines.

It measures 12" W x 12" H x 3" D, fits a 10-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H cut-out and suits a typical 4" island frame. The door is not vented, and it is reversible: flip it 180 degrees for left or right swing. The door opens 120 degrees on built-in hinge pins, so no hinges show on the face. Depth from the face to the frame mounting hole is 1-3/4".

The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panel is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, with a No. 4 light brushed finish and the beveled frame that matches the rest of the Signature Series. It closes with a turn-latch, so there is no handle.

**Q: How do I keep this door looking good?**

Use a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild dish soap. For tougher spots or to bring the shine back, a stainless steel cleaner and polish works well. Stay away from abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals since they can scratch or damage the finish. Wiping it down regularly keeps water spots away.

**Q: I live near the coast. Will this door rust?**

It's high grade stainless steel, which resists corrosion well, including in coastal areas. It holds up and keeps its look even with salt air and changing weather.

**Q: Will this door work with other brands, or only Signature Series?**
