## Description

The Saint Croix 96" Bar x 108" Island Design with Grill and Component Package (SKPSTCROIX-DES) is a complete outdoor kitchen package for cooking and entertaining, built around a Sunstone Ruby 4 Burner Grill with infrared burner and rotisserie, a double side burner, a premium double sink, an outdoor rated fridge and Designer Series components. The total output across the grill and rotisserie burner is up to 95,000 BTUs, on natural gas or propane.

The Ruby grill is all 304-grade stainless steel with edging that has no seams. Its 304 stainless fabricated I-Burners put out up to 80,000 BTUs, and the extra-wide rotisserie back burner adds up to 15,000 BTUs. Every burner position has independent Flame-Thrower ignition. The Ruby Series Double Slide-in Burner is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel with two up to 15,000 BTU brass Versa Burners (up to 30,000 BTUs total) and solid 3/8" 304 stainless steel raised cooking grates.

The Over/Under Double Basin sink is 34" x 12" height, in 16, 18 and 20 gauge 304 stainless steel, and installs undermount. The outdoor rated refrigerator holds 4.1 cu. ft. on three full-depth shelves.

The Designer Series Raised Style components share a 23" height for a clean horizontal line. They sit 1-1/2" off the finish wall so they work with most island structures, including veneer stone and stucco. An extra 4" deep inside flange suits all masonry stone types, and an additional 1/16" frame runs around all four sides of each component.

**Q: What warranty comes with this island package?**

**Q: How do I keep the grill and the stainless on this island looking new?**

Clean the grill grates after each use and give the inside a deep clean with a degreaser now and then. For the stainless surfaces, use mild soap and water with a soft cloth, then a stainless steel cleaner and polish to get rid of fingerprints and smudges. Always wipe with the grain.

**Q: What's in the component package, and can I swap something out if I already have an appliance?**

It typically includes a built-in grill, a refrigerator, a sink with faucet, and storage drawers and cabinets sized for the island. If you want to swap something, contact our sales team and we'll go over custom options and what works with what you already have.

**Q: What's this made of, and will it hold up to salt air near the coast?**

It uses quality weather-resistant materials, usually stainless steel for the grill and components and outdoor-grade finishes for the island. Stainless resists corrosion well, but near the coast we recommend cleaning it regularly and using a stainless steel protector.

**Q: How hard is it to install this island, especially the grill and other parts?**

It goes together fairly easily, but we often recommend professional installation because of the size and the gas and electrical connections. It comes with detailed instructions, but a certified installer makes sure everything is safe, especially the gas lines to the grill.
