## Description

The Sunstone Ruby Series 13" Companion Pro (Item No. SUN13CPRO) is an all-in-one outdoor cooker with dual infrared burners of up to 30,000 BTUs. On one unit you can grill, sear, griddle, charcoal smoke, deep fry and steam, from steaks to fried chicken.

It works with a solid steel griddle that heats evenly and cleans up easily, a charcoal burn tray for smoke flavor, a deep fryer with a commercial-size basket, and a Pro-Searing Grate that reaches up to 1200 degrees. The base burner includes a 304 stainless steel rod cooking grid and a Flavorizer warming rack.

Construction is 304 stainless steel for rust resistance. An LED accent control panel light makes the controls easy to see, and the removable cover makes cleaning simple. It runs on natural gas or propane and is 13" wide. The optional Companion Pro Hood turns it into a standalone grill and protects against wind and flare-ups, with an adjustable vent for steady heat and safety.

**Q: How do I keep this clean after cooking greasy food?**

Wipe the stainless surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use. For tougher grease, use a stainless steel cleaner and wipe with the grain so you don't get streaks. Clean the grates and burner parts regularly too so it keeps running well.

**Q: What's it made of, and will it hold up in Florida weather?**

It's 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion well. It's a good choice for Florida's humid, salty air. Cleaning it regularly will help keep it looking good.

**Q: Can I use this with a different grill brand or only Ruby?**
