## Description

The Ruby Series 13" Companion Pro GRILLER (Item No. SUN13CPROGR) is a compact cooker for smaller patios that still has the output for serious grilling. You can grill, sear, griddle, steam, smoke and fry on one unit.

Dual infrared burners produce up to 30,000 BTUs, heat quickly and cook evenly across the 220 sq. in. cooking surface. The included hood and warming rack give better heat control and more cooking options. Piezo valve ignition lights it, and it runs on natural gas or propane.

Construction is 304 stainless steel for outdoor durability. The unit measures 13" W x 12-3/4" H x 26" D and needs a cut-out of 11" W x 10-1/2" H x 22" D.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What's the warranty on this griller, and who do I contact for support?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page, and the manual has the specifics. For support or a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and we'll help with troubleshooting and parts.

**Q: How do I clean the infrared burner so it keeps working well?**

After each use, let it cool, then gently brush food debris off the ceramic surface with a stiff-bristled grill brush. For stubborn residue, run it on high for a few minutes to burn it off. Don't use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads, they can damage the infrared elements.

**Q: What's this griller made of, and how does it handle bad weather?**

It's high-grade stainless steel, which resists corrosion and rust well, so it holds up outdoors in all kinds of weather. If you're near the coast or get extreme weather, use a cover when it's not in use.

**Q: I have an older outdoor kitchen. Will this griller fit and work with my gas line?**

It works with most standard outdoor kitchens. It needs a 13-inch wide cutout. It can be set up for natural gas or propane, so just make sure the one you buy matches your gas line. Check the gas pressure requirements in the manual too.

**Q: How hard is this griller to install? Do I need a pro?**

With basic DIY skills it's usually straightforward. It drops into a cutout of specific dimensions and connects to a natural gas or propane line. Plenty of customers install it themselves, but we recommend a qualified gas tech for the final hookup, especially if you're not comfortable with gas lines.
