## Description

The Ruby 5-Burner Pro-Sear Grill w/IR (RUBY5BIR) is a 42" built-in gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island, sized for large gatherings. It runs on natural gas or propane.

Five I-burners and an infrared rotisserie back burner give up to 120,000 BTU total. For Pro-Sear direct-flame searing, the fabricated I-burners and a sear grate insert reach up to 800°F on the cooking surface. The infrared back burner cooks roasts evenly on the rotisserie. A spill-away oil grid cuts down on flare-ups and smoke. You can add a heavy-duty griddle or a pizza stone insert.

The grill is 304 stainless steel, with heat-changing LED lighting on the control panel and halogen lights inside. Main cooking area is 770-1/4 sq. in., 987-1/2 sq. in. total. It measures 42" W x 27" D x 22" H and weighs 194 lbs. The cut-out is 39-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H.

**Q: How should I clean the infrared burner and the main grates?**

For the main grates, heat the grill after cooking, then brush them well with a stiff wire brush. For the infrared burner, let it cool completely, then gently brush off debris with a soft-bristled brush. Don't use abrasive cleaners or a wire brush on the ceramic. Cleaning after each use keeps buildup from forming.

**Q: What's this grill made of, and how does it handle bad weather?**
