## Description

The Ruby 4 Burner Pro-Sear 36" (RUBY4B) is a built-in gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island. It handles everyday meals and larger cookouts in a 36" footprint, on natural gas or propane.

Four exclusive fabricated I-burners generate up to 80,000 BTU with even heat. Each burner has Flame-Thrower ignition. The solid 304 stainless steel cooking grids use variable rod spacing for large cuts and smaller items. Main cooking area is 653-1/4 sq. in., 837-1/2 sq. in. total.

Everything is 304 stainless steel. Halogen interior lights and color-changing LED control panel lights help with night cooking. A drop-open panel and back hood wind guards make service easier. Upgrades include a pizza stone, griddle, charcoal tray, deep fryer, sear grate, warming rack and dual rotisserie rods.

The grill measures 36" W x 27" D x 22" H and weighs 150 lbs. The cut-out is 33-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H.

**Q: Will this grill work with my natural gas line? Is it convertible?**

It's usually set up for one fuel type, natural gas or propane, when you buy it, so pick the natural gas version. Conversion kits may be available, so contact us to confirm. Always have a certified pro handle any gas conversion so it's safe and runs right.

**Q: How do I clean the sear burners and grates after a lot of grilling?**

Brush the main grates with a stiff bristle brush right after cooking while they're still warm. For the sear burners and the inside, let the grill cool completely, then wipe away grease and food with a mild degreaser and a soft cloth. Skip abrasive cleaners on the stainless so the finish stays nice.

**Q: I live near the coast. What's this grill made of, and will it hold up to salt air?**
