## Description

The Ruby Cooking Grates with Solid Steel Griddle (Ruby-GR3B-Griddle) fit the 30" Ruby 3B grill. The set combines 304 stainless steel grates with a round inset solid steel griddle, so you can grill on one part of the surface and sear or sauté on the flat griddle.

The solid steel griddle holds heat and spreads it evenly. The stainless grates resist rust and corrosion. The set weighs about 12 lbs and drops into the grill without tools or modifications, and it lifts out for cleaning. For natural gas or propane models. See our warranty page for coverage.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What warranty or support is there if something's wrong with the grates or griddle?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If you have any problem with the grates or the griddle, contact us with your order number and we'll help.

**Q: This seems pricey. Why is it worth it?**

The $659.00 price comes down to the materials. The 304 stainless grates resist corrosion and last longer than cheaper grates, and the solid steel griddle holds heat well and cooks evenly. It also adds a lot to what you can cook on your grill.

**Q: What's the best way to clean the grates and the griddle?**

For the stainless grates, brush them with a good grill brush after each use while they're still warm. For the griddle, scrape off food with a flat metal spatula and wipe it with a damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a little hot water and a non-abrasive scrubber, then re-season it with a thin coat of cooking oil.

**Q: My Ruby 3 burner is an older model. Will these grates and griddle fit?**

They're made for the 30" Ruby 3B grill. Most Ruby 3 burner models have similar dimensions, but measure your current grates or check your manual before ordering to make sure.

**Q: How hard is it to install these grates with the griddle?**

Easy. Take out your current grates and drop in the new 304 stainless grates and the solid steel griddle. You usually don't need any tools. It's a quick upgrade for your 30" Ruby 3B.
