The Ruby Cooking Grates with 15" Round Inset (Ruby-CIRGR5B-4pc) are a set of four 304 stainless steel grates for the 42" Ruby 5B grill. The grate bars are 5/8" thick for heat retention and even cooking.

The 15" round inset gives you a place for indirect heat grilling and round accessories. The set weighs about 12 lbs and covers the full cooking area. **Q: What warranty or support comes with these grates?**

**Q: What's the best way to clean these grates? Can they go in the dishwasher?**

Brush them with a stiff wire brush while they're still warm after cooking. For a deeper clean, hand wash them in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive scrubber and skip harsh chemicals. We don't recommend the dishwasher, since the heat and detergent can dull the finish over time.

**Q: What's the advantage of 5/8" 304 stainless? Will these really last?**

Grates that thick in 304 stainless hold heat better and last longer than thinner or lower grade grates. They resist rust and corrosion, handle high heat and the weather, and sear really well.

**Q: I have an older Ruby 42" grill and I'm not sure it's a 5B. Will these fit?**

They're made for the Ruby 42" 5B grill. Sizes may be close on other models, but check your grill's manual or measure your current grates first, especially for the 15" round inset, so you don't end up with a bad fit.

**Q: Are these grates hard to install? Do I need tools?**
