## Description

The Classic Series 12" x 12" Right Swing Vented Door (C-VSDR12) is a small access door for reaching valves and utility lines inside an island, with vents that let air move through.

It measures 12" W x 12" H x 1-5/8" D and fits a 9-1/4" W x 9-1/4" H cut-out. The depth from the face to the frame mounting hole is 1", and it fits a typical 4" island frame.

The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panel is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, with a No. 4 light brushed finish and the same flush style as the rest of the Classic Series. It closes with a turn-latch, so there is no handle. This is the right swing version (the left swing is item C-VSDL12). The door opens 180 degrees on exposed hinges. For everyday grime and grease, warm soapy water and a soft cloth usually does it. For tougher stains or to bring back the shine, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish, wiping with the grain. Stay away from abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals.

**Q: Do the vents actually help with airflow or are they just for looks?**

They do real work. The vents let air move through your island, which matters if you have gas lines or appliances that need ventilation. That helps get rid of heat, keeps moisture from building up, and keeps your equipment running safely.
