## Description

The Sunstone Stainless Steel Grill Cart (Cart5B) from Sunstone Metal Products turns a Sunstone 5 burner built-in gas grill into a mobile grill for the patio, deck or pool area. With the hood closed it measures 42" W x 24-3/8" D x 37-3/8" H, and it weighs 132 lbs.

The cart is solid one-piece 304 stainless steel, which holds up to rust and weather. Heavy-duty lockable casters make it easy to reposition, and the tip-over stability keeps it safe on uneven surfaces. Adjustable wing shelves give you prep space.

The double door cabinet has adjustable shelves for grilling tools and supplies, and an electrical box protects the components from weather and damage.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What warranty or support comes with this cart? What if it shows up damaged or breaks?**

If it arrives damaged or a part fails, contact us right away with photos and your order number. We'll get you sorted out quickly and arrange replacements or repairs as needed. Coverage details are on our warranty page.

**Q: How do I clean the inside of the cart if grease or food spills in the storage area?**

It's easy since it's stainless. For most spills, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild dish soap, then dry it well so you don't get water spots. For stubborn grease, use a degreaser made for stainless steel, then rinse and dry completely so it stays clean and looks good.

**Q: How durable is this cart in different weather, and what upkeep does it need?**

It's 304 stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion well, so it holds up outdoors in all kinds of climates. Just wipe it down with mild soap and water and dry it with a soft cloth. For tougher spots or to bring back the shine, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish now and then.

**Q: I have a 30 inch gas grill head. Will it fit this cart, or only certain brands?**

It fits most standard 30 inch grill heads from different makers. Compare the cutout dimensions in the specs with your grill head's exact measurements to be sure. It works as a base for a lot of popular models.

**Q: Is this cart hard to assemble? Do I need special tools?**

It's a pretty easy DIY job. Most people finish in 1 to 2 hours with basic tools like a Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench (tools aren't included). A detailed instruction manual and all the hardware come with it.
