**Q: What warranty comes with this island? If the grill or a component has a problem, who do I contact?**

Contact us first with your order number. We'll help with the warranty claim, including with the makers of the individual components. Coverage details are on our warranty page.

**Q: With all these pieces and a big grill, is cleaning going to eat up my weekends?**

It's easier than it looks. For the outside of the island, mild soap and water with a soft brush or cloth works well. On the stainless, a stainless steel cleaner keeps it shiny and cuts down on fingerprints. Cleaning after each use, especially the grill grates, keeps buildup from getting stubborn and saves you time.

**Q: I have a 30 inch grill I love. Can I drop it into this island, or am I stuck with the grill that comes with it?**

It's usually sold as a complete package, with a grill picked to fit its cutout. Some customizing may be possible, but your grill could be hard to fit if its dimensions or hookups don't match the included one. If you want to use your own, check the island's cutout specs against your grill's dimensions before you order.

**Q: This is a big purchase. What's it made of, and will it hold up to Florida humidity and sun?**

It's built from weather-resistant materials. The island itself typically uses stucco or stone veneer over a sturdy frame, and the components are often stainless steel. That combination resists corrosion from humidity and fading from the sun. We still recommend a cover in extreme weather to help it last longer.

**Q: This island looks amazing, but how hard is it to install if I'm not a pro? Do I need special tools or a contractor?**

It's a big unit, but it's fairly simple to install. Many customers with basic DIY skills handle it, especially with a few extra hands. You mostly need standard hand tools for assembly and positioning. For the gas and electrical hookups, we strongly recommend certified pros for safety and to meet local codes.
