The Sunstone ALAMO 108" Hybrid Gas Charcoal Grill Island Package (SCPALAMO) is a grill island built around a gas, charcoal and wood-burning hybrid grill. The grill puts out up to 60,000 BTU on gas and lights with gas ignition, and a rotisserie rod and motor are included for whole chickens or roasts.

Clean it after each use. On the gas side, burn off residue and brush the grates. On the charcoal side, scrape the grates and clear out the ash. Wipe the stainless with a stainless steel cleaner to keep it shiny without streaks. Always let it cool before you clean.
