## Description

The 33" Sunstone Universal Appliance Jacket (SUNJK33) is built for the RUBY3B and SUNCHSZ30 and takes many other gas and hybrid grill brands out of the box with minor assembly. It is double-walled 304 stainless steel and gives the grill a heat barrier and proper venting inside an outdoor kitchen or BBQ island.

It fits grills up to 26" W x 22" D x 10" H, or 12" H with the vent panel removed. The jacket needs a 31-1/2" W x 24-1/4" D x 13" H cut-out and is a zero clearance design. The grill rests on the upper rim and hangs free inside, and a self-supporting raised ledge runs around the sides and back.

Vents at the lower front and upper back edges pass excess heat and gas through. Covered utility ports let you open only the side your gas or electrical line uses. It works with natural gas or propane. Fasten a cabinet peg-leg in each bottom corner to set the jacket and grill on a picnic table or blocks before the island is ready.

## Questions & answers

**Q: What warranty comes with this appliance jacket?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. Register your product when you buy it and keep the paperwork that comes with it. If anything goes wrong, contact us with your order number.

**Q: How do I keep this appliance jacket looking new?**

Mild soap and water with a soft cloth is fine for regular cleaning. For tougher grime or fingerprints, use a stainless steel cleaner or polish made for outdoor use. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, they can scratch the finish.

**Q: I'm on the coast with lots of salt air. How durable is this jacket?**

It's high-grade stainless steel, so it's very durable and resists corrosion, even on the coast. The material is chosen to handle extreme weather, so your appliance and the cabinets around it stay protected for years. Wiping it down regularly with a damp cloth keeps it looking good.

**Q: I'm looking at a few outdoor fridge brands. Will this jacket fit most of them?**

Yes, it's made to fit most standard outdoor appliances that go in a 33 inch wide opening. It works for lots of outdoor fridges, ice makers and even some smaller grills. Check your appliance's dimensions against the jacket's inside measurements for a snug, secure fit.

**Q: How hard is this jacket to install if I'm not very handy?**

It's pretty simple. It slides into an existing cutout in your island. Most customers manage it with basic tools, but if you're not comfortable, a local contractor or handyman can easily do it and make sure it fits and seals right.
