**Q: Best way to clean the smoker box? It gets pretty gunked up with ash.**

Once it's completely cool, dump out the leftover ash and chips. Scrape off stubborn residue with a stiff grill brush. For a deeper clean, wash it with warm, soapy water and a scrub brush, then rinse and dry it all the way so you don't get water spots.

**Q: I'm worried about rust. Is this smoker box durable enough for outdoor use and high heat?**

Yes. It's 304 stainless steel, chosen because it resists corrosion and handles high temperatures. That's the same material used in a lot of good outdoor kitchen and BBQ gear, so it'll hold up to the weather and repeated use without rusting or breaking down.
