We stand behind our grill parts. Coverage details are on our warranty page. If one arrives damaged or breaks early, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.

**Q: How do I clean these dividers? Special products, or the dishwasher?**

Let them cool completely, then scrape off big food debris with a grill brush or scraper. For a deeper clean, wash them in warm, soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge, rinse and dry. Skip harsh chemicals and abrasive pads to protect the finish. We don't recommend the dishwasher since it can cause discoloring or warping over time.

**Q: What kind of stainless are these, and will they hold up to heat and weather?**

They're 304 stainless steel, which is great for outdoor use. It resists corrosion very well and handles the extreme heat your grill puts out, so they'll last a long time even with weather exposure.

**Q: My grill is an older model, not that exact 34 inch grill. Will these still fit?**

They're made for the 34 inch 4-burner grill, and fit with other models varies. Measure the inside of your firebox where the dividers would sit. If it's very close to what a 34 inch grill takes, they might work, but we can't promise a good fit on other models.

**Q: How do these install in my 34 inch 4-burner grill? Is it complicated?**

Not complicated at all. They drop right into the slots or channels in the firebox, usually above the burners and below the cooking grates. Usually no tools needed, and placing all three takes just a few minutes.
