**Q: How do I clean the fork after roasting a chicken or a big roast?**

Since it's stainless, it's easy. Hand wash it with hot, soapy water and a scrub brush to get off cooked-on food. For tough spots, a stainless steel cleaner or a baking soda and water paste works great. Rinse well and dry it so you don't get water spots.

**Q: What's this fork made of? Will it hold up to lots of use and high heat?**

Not at all. It slides onto most standard rotisserie rods (usually 1/2 inch hex or 5/16 inch square), then you lock it in place with the included thumb screw or set screw. Just make sure the tines grip the food firmly so it doesn't spin loose on the rod.
