## Questions & answers

**Q: Is there a warranty on this, and what if I have an issue?**

Yes. Coverage details are on our warranty page. If something comes up, contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help with troubleshooting or a warranty claim.

**Q: How do I keep this drawer combo looking new?**

Clean it regularly. Wipe the stainless with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. For tougher stains or to bring back the shine, use a stainless steel cleaner and wipe with the grain. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, they can scratch the finish.

**Q: What's this unit made of, and how does it hold up outside?**

Like everything in the Classic Series, it's 304 stainless steel. It resists rust, corrosion and extreme temperatures, which makes it great outdoors. With proper care it'll keep looking and working well for many years through sun, rain and humidity.

**Q: Will my regular propane tank fit in the tray, and will it stay put?**

Yes. The tray fits a standard 20 lb propane tank, the most common grill size. It has a retention setup that keeps the tank from shifting or tipping, even when you open and close the drawer. So your current tank should work fine.

**Q: How hard is this tank drawer combo to install? Special tools?**

Pretty easy with basic DIY skills. It flush mounts into a standard island cutout, so you'll mostly need a drill, screwdriver and maybe a level. Detailed instructions and mounting hardware come with it, so most homeowners or their contractors can handle it.
