## Description

The Ruby 3 Burner Pro-Sear Grill (RUBY3B) is a 30" built-in gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island, sized for everyday cooking on natural gas or propane.

Three exclusive fabricated I-burners put out up to 60,000 BTU and spread heat evenly for searing. Each burner has its own Flame-Thrower ignition, so it lights without batteries. The solid 304 stainless steel cooking grids use variable rod spacing, which lets you set up zones for thick steaks and smaller items like vegetables. Main cooking area is 536-1/4 sq. in., 687-1/2 sq. in. total.

The whole grill is 304 stainless steel with polished edges that have no seams. LED lighting on the control panel shifts from blue to red as the grill heats, and halogen lights inside the hood help at night. Upgrades include a pizza stone, griddle, deep fryer, charcoal tray and sear grate.

The grill measures 30" W x 27" D x 22" H and weighs about 130 lbs. The cut-out is 27-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H.

**Q: How do I clean and maintain the burners and grates on this grill?**

Brush the grates after each use while they're still warm. For a deeper clean, use a stainless steel cleaner on the outside surfaces. Check the burner ports regularly for blockages and keep the drip tray emptied, which prevents grease fires and keeps it cooking its best.

**Q: What are the grates and body made of? I'm worried about rust near the coast.**

The main body and cooking grates are 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and lasts a long time. It's a great choice for coastal areas because it holds up well against rust and salt air. Regular cleaning will make it last even longer.

**Q: Can this grill run on natural gas, or only propane? I already have an NG line.**

It usually ships set up for liquid propane (LP), but it can be converted to natural gas (NG) with an optional conversion kit, sold separately. Follow the instructions carefully or have a certified technician do the conversion so it runs safely.

**Q: I'm replacing an old built-in grill. How hard is it to drop this one into my island?**

It's made for a simple drop-in install in most standard islands. It needs a cutout of specific dimensions, which you'll find in the manual. We recommend having a professional handle the gas line connection so it's safe and meets local codes.
