## Description

The Sunstone Griddle (SUN24PCB-GRIDDLE) is a 19" diameter solid steel Mongolian-style griddle with an oil drip pan, made for the Sunstone 24" Power Cirque Burner. It also works on most outdoor kamados and other round BBQ pits.

The non-stick finish releases food easily and cleans up fast. The oil drip pan catches grease so the cooking surface stays clean. Solid steel heats quickly, holds heat well and spreads it evenly across the surface, which makes temperature easier to control.

**Q: How do I clean this griddle so it lasts and stays non-stick?**

Scrape off food while it's warm, then wipe it with a paper towel. For tougher spots, use hot water and a flat-edged scraper, and skip harsh detergents. After cleaning, every time you use it, wipe on a thin layer of cooking oil to protect the surface and keep it non-stick.

**Q: What kind of steel is this griddle? Will it rust outside?**

It's solid steel, chosen because it holds heat well and is durable. Like most steel griddles, it needs seasoning and regular oiling to keep rust away, especially outdoors. Take care of it and it'll last a long time.

**Q: Can I use this griddle on a power burner from another brand?**

It's made specifically for our 24 inch Power Cirque burner, and the fit, mounting and heat distribution are set up for that unit. We can't guarantee it'll fit, work or heat right on other burners.

**Q: How hard is this griddle to install? Do I need a pro?**

Not hard if you have basic DIY skills. It drops in and works with our 24 inch Power Cirque burner, which you'd need to already have or buy separately. You don't really need a pro, but make sure it sits level and fits properly on your burner.
