## Questions & answers

**Q: What warranty or support comes with this hose if something goes wrong?**

Coverage details are on our warranty page. If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and we'll help with a fix or replacement.

**Q: Does this hose need any special maintenance or cleaning?**

Not much. Check it now and then for cracks, kinks or damage, especially at the connections. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth, but skip abrasive cleaners. If you won't be using it for a while, store it away from direct sun and extreme temperatures so it lasts longer.

**Q: What's the 12 foot hose made of, and how durable is it outside?**

It's made from tough materials picked for outdoor use. It typically has a flexible braided stainless steel outer layer that protects against wear, and a high-grade rubber or synthetic lining inside that carries the gas safely. It holds up well to weather, UV and general outdoor conditions and lasts a long time.

**Q: Will this 12 foot hose work with my Sunstone grill, or only certain models?**

It works with most Sunstone gas grills and other major outdoor kitchen brands that use standard quick-connect fittings. It's a universal accessory that gives you a flexible gas supply. If your grill isn't a Sunstone, check that its inlet matches the standard quick connect.

**Q: How do I hook this 12 foot quick connect hose up to my grill and gas line?**

It's simple. First make sure the gas supply is off. Connect one end of the hose to your grill's gas inlet and the other end to your natural gas or propane quick-connect port. Tighten the connections with a wrench and check for leaks with soapy water before you use it.
